Q&A

How long does it take to implement Copilot, for example, and for users to start seeing the benefits?

Answer: Users can start seeing benefits as early as week one. Once people understand how to apply it in their work, they can start saving time almost immediately.

How can I be sure that governance is secure within my organisation?

Answer: Governance involves AI governance and data governance. AI governance is about deciding how AI is used at the leadership level. Data governance involves ownership, custodianship, and stewardship, ensuring data is used appropriately and securely.

How important is your contextual data management and classification strategy, and how would you recommend approaching this?

Answer: The classification strategy is crucial for managing sensitivity and risk. It involves understanding the commercial importance and sensitivity of data, considering internal and external data sharing, and ensuring data is accessed by the right people for the right purposes.

Can you explain how the pricing differs between Copilot for individual users and Copilot Studio for building internal use agents?

Answer: Individual pricing is about enabling personal productivity, typically around $50 per user per month. Copilot Studio is for deploying agents more broadly, often based on consumption, and involves more advanced capabilities.

What excites Solentive most about using Copilot and training people to use it?

Answer: We are excited by the unique and creative ways people use Copilot, such as summarising emails for performance reviews. It inspires innovation and helps people find new ways to optimise their work. We've seen some very innovative ideas implemented by our clients using Copilot that we never would've thought of ourselves!
