About You
8+ years of commercial .NET development experience (majority C# 9+, .NET 5+, Entity Framework, Blazor) on Azure
Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS (including App Services, Function Apps, SQL Azure, Storage, API Management)
Currently holding Microsoft Certified (or attaining during first 3 months): Azure Developer Associate
Currently holding, (or attaining during the first 3 months) an additional certification of either:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, or
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
A keen and hands-on interest integrating Generative AI, made a start in a professional or hobby project, use accelerators (e.g. ChatGPT, Github Copilot, etc), and a desire to attain Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Full stack development
SQL and NoSQL Database and Query Design
Frontend JavaScript libraries
Single page application (SPA) development
HTML, CSS, SASS or LESS and SVG
RESTful APIs and JSON
Basic CI/CD Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Time management
Ability to provide accurate estimation of tasks.
Experience delivering projects on time and to budget.
Ability to manage and switch between projects and priorities.
Collaboration
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work directly with clients.
Desire to work with other team members.
Coaching & Team Leadership
Experience in coaching team members in a high-performance environment.
Experience working with other teams to co-originate projects and deliver team results on time and on budget.
