We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant professional to join our team.  

This role provides you with the opportunity to help our clients solve complex problems, engage with a variety of projects and contribute to further building and maintaining Solentive’s long standing reputation as a technology leader through delivery. 

This role would suit an experienced Technical Consultant with excellent communication skills, who welcomes a challenge, and enjoys working with people and technology to drive positive change and improve how we do business. 


Key Responsibilities:   


  • Excite prospective clients through the communication of ideas, options, and potential solutions. 

  • Determine a fit-for-purpose solution to clients and consider technical, functional, commercial, people and processes when providing advisory and implementation services to ensure solutions meet business objectives. 

  • Provide Product demonstrations to prospective clients Provide accurate total cost of ownership estimates for the implementation of products and services 

  • Collaborate with the Sales team on Proposals and Client Meetings to progress sales. 

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through technical thought leadership and advice.

  • Make recommendations to existing clients of adjacent service offerings to upsell Solentive’s products and services.

  • Effectively set expectations with clients and manage communication and deliverables associated with the provision of consulting services. 

  • Facilitate technical discovery workshops with clients and prospects to help them identify and understand their technical requirements. 

  • Implementation, support, and management of products including InRule and the Microsoft Stack.

  • Provide Product training to clients. 

  • Create and manage documentation. 

  • Continue to evolve Solentive’s service offerings in response to market needs and technology trends through proactive improvements to processes.

  • 5+ years of client-facing or Consulting experience

  • Possess or willing to obtain Microsoft Certifications (Power Platform, Azure AI & Azure Data, Dynamics 365) 


Experience in the following areas is highly desirable but not essential: 


  • Implementing solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure tech stack including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, API Management, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Graph API.

  • Experience in data engineering and data migrations (skills such as SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI)

  • Software engineering (skills such as Agile, CI/CD and Git-based repos, .NET 5.0+ and C# 9.0+, SQL and NoSQL Storage , RESTful APIs,) 

  • Certifications in Generative AI and Machine Learning (Coursera, Deeplearning.ai

  • Experience in implementing Business Rule Management (BRE) platforms.
