We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' success through AI, automation, and digital transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to uncover and clarify their needs and help design fit-for-purpose solutions that are robust, intuitive, and impactful. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to and maintain Solentive’s long-standing reputation as a technology leader through delivery.

About You
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate technical discovery workshops with clients and prospects to help them identify and understand their technical requirements, including AI needs.
Implementation, support, and management of products including Business Rule Platforms and Microsoft Stack, with a focus on AI integration.
Effectively set expectations with clients and manage communication and deliverables associated with the provision of consulting services.
Provide product training to clients.
Create and manage documentation.
Determine fit-for-purpose solutions to clients that consider technical, functional, and commercial objectives, with a focus on AI-driven innovations.
Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Provide accurate cost estimates for the implementation of products and services.
Build trusted relationships with clients through technical thought leadership and expert advice.
Excite prospective clients by communicating ideas, opportunities, and potential solutions, particularly in the realm of AI and automation.
Identify upsell opportunities by recommending Solentive’s products and services to existing clients.

You play a key role in advancing the Consulting group, driving outstanding results.
You have 10+ years of technical Consulting & Product Implementation consulting experience.
You have experience implementing solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure Tech stack including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, API Management, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Graph API.
You hold or are willing to obtain Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI & Data, and Dynamics 365.
Experience in the following areas is highly desirable but not essential:
Experience in data engineering and data migrations (skills such as SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI.)
Software engineering (skills such as Agile, CI/CD and Git-based repos, .NET 5.0+ and C# 9.0+, SQL and NoSQL Storage, RESTful APIs.)
Certifications in Generative AI and Machine Learning (Coursera, Deeplearning.ai)
Experience in implementing Business Rule Management (BRE) platforms.
