Celebrating Impact Through Technology

Last week, Solentive attended the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards, with CEO Rebecca Swinfield and Strategic Relationship Manager Brendon Rubie representing our team for an evening dedicated to recognising organisations using technology to create meaningful change.
While we didn't come away with a trophy on the night, we were incredibly proud to be named finalists in two categories. Recognition like this is always a reflection of the partnerships we build with our clients and the outcomes we achieve together.
One of the finalist nominations recognised our work with Wuchopperen Health Service, a community-controlled Aboriginal Health Organisation in Cairns. Working alongside their team, we helped transform an ageing case management system into a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform designed to better support children, families and carers involved in foster and kinship care programs.
The project wasn't simply about replacing technology. It was about giving frontline workers easier access to reliable information, reducing administrative burden and enabling more time to be spent where it matters most, supporting people and strengthening community outcomes. By creating a secure, connected platform that reflects the real-world relationships at the heart of care delivery, Wuchopperen is now better positioned to continue providing culturally appropriate services and explore future innovation opportunities.
The second finalist nomination recognised our CEO, Rebecca Swinfield, in the Business Leader of the Year category. Rebecca's leadership has helped shape Solentive into a consultancy known for its people-first culture, strong client partnerships and commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes. Being recognised alongside some of the industry's most respected leaders was a well-deserved acknowledgement of the passion, care and dedication she brings to the business every day.
The awards evening itself was a fantastic celebration of the people and organisations driving positive change across Australia. Alongside the awards presentations, guests enjoyed a great dinner, participated in a silent auction, and connected with others from across the technology community. And, as the formalities wrapped up, the dance floor saw plenty of action too.
Congratulations to all finalists and winners and thank you to techpartner.news for hosting such a great event. We're proud of the recognition, grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and excited to continue delivering technology that makes a genuine difference.
