  • Definition & ownership of Solentive’s Marketing plan and KPI’s in line with Solentive’s Business and Marketing Strategy

  • Ownership of the end-to-end B2B lead generation process and targets

  • Execution of market research, including development of client Personas and working with the sales team on proactive target client identification

  • Enhance & Promote Solentive’s brand and overall messaging across broad mediums

  • Define and co-ordinate a Marketing Content plan, provide content briefs, and manage the copywriting and editorial process for written and video content, including social media, website content as well as webinars and email marketing campaigns

  • Managing end to end campaigns across digital mediums (including SEM/SEO, social media and networking platforms such as LinkedIn)

  • Collaborating with Solentive’s Sales team on sales collateral and initiatives to further develop, excite, and engage our clients and prospects

  • Reporting and performance measurement of targeted campaigns including the management of marketing data, analytics and reporting

  • Ability to engage and manage relevant external suppliers and consultants


  • Managing digital marketing campaigns targeted to B2B audiences

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in IT

  • Experience in defining and executing a marketing plan

  • Experience in creating a strategic marketing content plan and content briefs, and managing the content creation process

  • A proven track record in B2B lead generation role where KPI’s were met and exceeded

  • Experience in Digital Platform and Social Media management

  • Experience in the use of Marketing and Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics


  • Relevant tertiary education (Marketing (including digital), PR, Communications)

Nice to Have

  • Detailed SEO / SEM Management Experience

  • Specialised copywriting skills

  • Creating compelling content and engaging relevant influencers
